CBD Massage

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is the healing property of the cannabis plant. It provides anti-inflammatory agents without psychoactive affects, or feeling "high." The CBD Massage uses a highly concentrated salve, massaged locally to areas of pain or soreness. Clients have noted it's their best night sleep after a CBD Massage.

Ask about CBD oil for under the tongue to help the body systemically. CBD oil has benefited clients with arthritis, chronic pain, insomnia and anxiety.

Cupping is an alternative medicine therapy, known to have been used in ancient cultures as early as 1550 BC. It uses inverse pressure to pull the tissues and increase circulation to the area. It has been known to reduce pain and inflammation, increase range of motion, and induce relaxation. Although not painful, cupping often leaves marks that look like bruises.

Used to warm up the muscles before deeper pressure, or as a way to soothe them after therapeutic work. Hot stones are contraindicated for some clients.
